JLO "Y QUE ES EL AMOR?"

Los discos son un reflejo del estado emocional de cada artista y, en ese sentido, lo que inspiró a Jennifer López para crear el álbum Love? (mayo, 2011) fue la maternidad.

"Ser madre cambia toda tu vida, cómo percibes el mundo y lo que piensas respecto al amor. Entonces, claro que eso también afectó mi trabajo", explica la artista en entrevista realizada por su disquera Universal Music, concedida en exclusiva para Top Magazzine.

"Tener a los bebés (Max y Emme), en definitiva inspiró mi música y la letra porque experimenté el amor de una forma mucho más profunda. Y esta situación me hizo preguntarme sobre el amor, por eso titulé el disco 'Love', pero con un signo de interrogación".

La artista de 41 años tuvo a sus gemelos el 22 de febrero del 2008, producto de su matrimonio con el intérprete Marc Anthony.

Después de la gira del álbum Brave (2007), Lopez batalló para crear el concepto de Love?, su séptimo álbum de estudio, porque cuando inició el proceso de grabación de éste no se sentía a gusto con las canciones.

"Al principio no sabía de qué quería hablar ni cómo me sentía o sobre qué quería cantar y cómo quería que mi música sonara", explica la intérprete de "On The Floor", primer sencillo de Love? cantado a dueto con Pitbull.

Love? es el primer álbum de Lopez con Universal Music, después de que dejara Sony Music Group en febrero del 2010.
